I made this period costume for the

Litchfield House Tour. Valentina will wear it this year, as she has agreed to be a hostess. In the future...who knows. It won't be me though. It must add at least 20 lbs!!! Lots of fabric there!!

Mother's Day _ May 2009

For Mother's Day Valentina had a great idea to visit the Botanical Gardens in the Bronx. It was my first time & wonderful!!

Afterwards we met Rebecca & her family in the West Village for Mexican food! Seems Rebecca was too BZ taking photos to actually get IN them!!

I've just returned from an 8 day trip to LA to visit my friend from High School Lynne. It was such fun & my sister was also able to come down for 3 days. We went to : The Getty Museum, The Huntington Library, LaJolla, Old Town San Diego & the Corona del Mar Hotel. Lynne had a dinner for 9 the day after I arrived. She sent my sister & I info on the various guests...including their dress sizes!!@@ Thank heavens she didn't sent the same info about us... to them!! I think we only managed to take 1 photo while I was there, we are having lunch at the getty Museum!!

Franco hasn't been riding so much lately. Two of the horses have arthritis & he is BZ with tennis. I thought you might enjoy this NOT so recent photo of Franco on Midnight.
