I had THE most fabulous 3 week trip to London to see Valentina. I stayed with her in her bed-sit, studio apt. Made it there just in time for the Royal Wedding. Such excitement. Ann came into town & drove us all over the various venues & up & down the Mall just before the affair. Then we watched it all on TV...best view. I just couldn't get up @ 4:00 a.m., take the tube, walk for miles & then stand for hours. Besides we left that evening for Ireland for 2 days. I managed to meet up with several friends @ various Museums, while Tina worked. Valentina treated me to "The War Horse (play) for Mother's Day. Had almost a week in W Sussex with Ann, visiting WONDERFUL Gardens. It was all such fun!! Might get back there next year while Franco coaches Tennis again.
